We welcome every real estate to our decentralized marketplace. We can provide liquidity and means to distribute the rental income, so that you do not have to worry about the security and fairness of money distribution.
Offload 49 percent of your asset to the public investors and free up capital to put it to use, while keeping control over your property, and increase liquidity of the other 50%.
For each project, we keep an escrow account with the monthly rental payments incoming and tax, insurance and property management fees outgoing. We keep minimum balance of the escrow at 20%, and distribute the rest of the income to the shareholders, in exchange for a small percentage of the income. .
Liquidity provider pool takes another 10% of the daily rental payout, which ensures the accurate market price for each project. There are no entry nor exit fees for the landlord or the investors besides tiny network fees.
