Yes all tokens are tradable on our or any other decentralized exchange as ASA. So you can either swap it for USD-T or any other cryptocurrency.
How often do I get paid ?
It depends on product but DREM is targeting daily payout on most products.
Is investment backed with real assets ?
Yes investments are backed with real assets so in the worst case you would still own part of house or other asset. In case of flood or earthquakes , proceeds from insurance companies will be directed to wallets.
Are all assets insured ?
Yes we require insurance on all assets .
Who is managing properties ?
Properties are managed directly by DREM or REiT (Real estate agents), who deals with tenants and secure regular revenue for a fee.
Is the indicative net revenue net of costs ?
Yes indicated revenue is net of all costs as insurance, REIT fees and maintenance of buildings.
How can I manage the future of property or increasing rent ?
DREM comes with in-house build decentralized voting system based on algorand that enables holders of token to vote on property on property.
Can I buy whole house ?
Yes you are able to buy whole house if you manage to buy all tokens of house. We also will enable to transfer ownership of the house to you in case you would request it.
Are there any other hidden fees ?
There are no hidden fees . We will always indicate you in net fees how much you pay and what you get.
What are the fees ?
There is not listing fee. We only charge 5 % of daily payout. These are merely to cover our administrative costs., So if you do not make money neither will us.
